International Conference: Yamane gave a Keynote Speech at ICSS 2024.

Yamane gave a keynote talk at ICSS 2024 (International Conference on Smart Sensors), an international conference on sensors held in Hsinchu, Taiwan, on July 1-2, 2024.

Mainly sensor researchers from Taiwan. Some speakers were invited from Japan and Korea as well.
Chairs of upcoming MEMS-related international conferences in Taiwan (such as IEEE MEMS2025 and APCOT2026) also gathered at the conference, making it a highly active conference.
World-renowned researchers from Japan, such as Dr. Hiroyuki Fujita and Dr. Shuichi Shoko, also attended the conference. During the conference, a tour of the Hsinchu Science Park was also held.
