We have developed a new equivalent circuit model for MEMS vibration energy harvesters using self-assembled electrets and successfully implemented it in a circuit simulator.
Mr. Tokuno, a first-year master’s student, is the first author of this paper, which is the result of joint research between Ritsumeikan University and Gunma University.
