Domestic Conference: 7 master students and 1 undergraduate student from our lab presented at the 40th Sensor Symposium, the 14th Micro/Nano Engineering Symposium and the 15th Integrated MEMS Symposium.

Mr. Sugimoto (M2), Mr. Nota (M2), Mr. Kinoshita (M2), Mr. Li (M1), Mr. Nakanishi (M1), Mr. Tokuno (M1), Mr. Nakashima (M1), Mr. Kakuno (B4) presented their research results at the 40th Symposium on Sensors, Micromachines and Applied Systems, the 14th Micro/Nano Engineering Symposium and the 15th Integrated MEMS Symposium, which were held simultaneously on November 6-9, 2023.
