International Conference: Presented at Transducers 2023 – M1 and B4 students from our lab presented, and 6 students from our lab also participated as student staff members.
Our research results (in the General Lecture Session) and our future vision for the MEMS field (in the FutureVision Session) were presented at Transducers2023 (The 22nd International Conference on Solid-State Sensors, Actuators and Microsystems), the largest international conference on MEMS, held June 25-29, 2023, at Kyoto International Conference Center in Kyoto, Japan.
